Setups to do:

1.     Prepare Travel Plan

2.     Outward and return flight bookings - If possible, book refundable tickets.

3.     Book Hotels - Hotel Booking - You will get a lot of options for Free Cancellation before some days. 

4.     Book Visa Appointment via Visa Appointment Booking Link

Note: They don't have family Appointment options. (As per my experience), Still you can call and ask them.

·      Click on New User Registration and Complete Form.

·      Login using user id

·      Click on 'make a reservation' and enter details and Click on Confirm.

·      Select a suitable available date and Click on Confirm.

·      Follow same steps for every family members. (Each family person need unique email id L )

5.     Important Step: If you not done this step, system will cancel your Appointment before 6-7 days.

a.     Login again on Visa Appointment Page

b.     Goto My Reservation Page

c.     Click on Green Button

d.     Status of our Appointment  will be ‘Confirmed’

6.     Complete Online Form and Take Printout - Application Form
